Your Role

This position is crucial for optimizing our legal operations through advanced data analysis, strategic project management, and effective knowledge-sharing practices.

Your Contributions
  • Knowledge Management
    • Formulate and implement extensive knowledge management strategies to capture and distribute legal insights and best practices.
    • Establish and oversee a centralized repository for legal documents, templates, and essential resources.
    • Encourage a culture of ongoing learning and knowledge exchange through training sessions and collaborative tools.
    • Develop systems for immediate access to pertinent legal content, providing guidance on resource navigation.
    • Enhance content search methodologies to align with evolving digital trends.
  • Data Analytics
    • Direct the creation and execution of data analytics initiatives to bolster decision-making and operational efficiency.
    • Examine legal data to uncover trends and insights that inform strategic resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the integration of legal data with broader analytics platforms.
    • Formulate data analytics strategies to meet reporting requirements for executive leadership.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of knowledge management and analytics initiatives.
  • Technology Integration
    • Oversee global planning for process enhancement, utilizing new technologies to improve legal department effectiveness.
    • Manage relationships with external service providers to identify opportunities for technological advancements.
    • Coordinate project communications and document decisions related to technical initiatives.
    • Lead cross-functional project delivery, collaborating with technical and legal teams.
    • Understand both business and technical requirements to guide the design and implementation of legal systems.
    • Develop long-term strategies for future applications and systems.
    • Work with Product Management to provide insights on solutions that enhance legal operations.
    • Support key users in legal technology solutions to expand operational capabilities.
    • Stay updated on legal technology trends and explore adoption opportunities.
  • Collaborative Efforts
    • Engage with legal, compliance, IT, and other departments to align initiatives with organizational objectives.
    • Represent the legal department in cross-functional projects related to knowledge management and analytics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in knowledge management or data analytics within a corporate legal setting.
  • Strong grasp of legal processes and risk management, particularly in cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and willingness to pursue advanced training.
  • Outstanding leadership and project management abilities.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
