Position Overview:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-line support and information to our valued customers. This role is crucial in enhancing the overall experience for fans during events and home games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with ticket inquiries and transactions through various channels, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service satisfaction.
  • Manage cash and electronic payment transactions accurately.
  • Organize and distribute will-call tickets efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as required based on seasonal programs and needs.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience handling cash and using debit/credit payment systems.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including spreadsheets and ticketing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic work setting.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as necessary.

Availability:

This position requires flexibility to work during weekdays, rotating Saturdays, and all home games, along with special events, totaling approximately 25-35 hours per week.
