In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our DC Digital business, fostering strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand our DC Digital business, leveraging innovative approaches and technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and implement strategies that balance first-party subscription and third-party revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, set KPIs, and monitor financial performance to ensure growth targets are met.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in digital subscription businesses or digital transactional businesses.
  • Expertise in creating financial models, exceeding growth targets, and projecting business impact based on planned initiatives and industry landscape.
  • Strong track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with partners.
  • Leadership experience (5+ years) and proficiency with digital marketing campaigns and platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) are highly desirable.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $105,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year.
