We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing/Branding Director to lead our online sales and digital marketing efforts.

This role is crucial for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement across various online platforms, with a particular focus on optimizing our presence on Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ecommerce management, digital marketing, and Amazon marketplace operations.

This will be a hybrid position out of our Burbank, CA office and will report to our VP of Marketing.

Digital Marketing:

Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Analyze and optimize digital marketing initiatives to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.

Develop and execute strategies to optimize the company's presence on Amazon, including managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.

Oversee the creation and optimization of Amazon product listings, ensuring high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and effective keyword usage.

Implement Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to drive traffic and sales.

Monitor and analyze Amazon metrics, such as ACoS, conversion rates, and customer reviews, to optimize performance and address issues.

Partnerships and Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives and platform enhancements.

Market Research and Trends:

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains at the forefront of ecommerce and digital marketing innovations.

Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA a plus.

Proven experience (10+ years) in ecommerce management and digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving online sales growth.

Demonstrated expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns.

Experience working with digital ad agencies and managing campaigns for maximum ROAS as track ongoing performance with A/B testing.

In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms including Klaviyo or other related CRM platforms.

Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, SF commerce cloud)

Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools such Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
