Job Overview

We are excited to announce a Full-Time opportunity for a Branch Sales Manager.

Compensation: $70,000-$90,000

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Branch Sales Manager, you will spearhead the branch team and oversee all aspects of branch operations, including the management of the branch's profit and loss. Your role will involve collaborating with company leadership to enhance sales performance, recruit and nurture talent, and optimize operational processes. Additionally, you will handle daily activities such as logistics, sourcing, and inventory oversight to ensure the branch's success.

  • Formulating and implementing a localized sales strategy to achieve and surpass business objectives.
  • Exhibiting daily sales proficiency.
  • Inspiring and guiding your team effectively.
  • Broadening the current customer base and pinpointing new sales opportunities.
  • Leveraging proprietary technology to boost sales and enhance operational performance.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to exceed their personal goals.
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you will be accountable for any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Previous leadership experience with profit and loss accountability preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing teams within a retail setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth in a retail environment.
  • Experience in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to analyze customer, market, and competitor data for informed decision-making.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with HVAC contractors is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Capability to excel in a technical environment.
  • Prior experience with sales and inventory management systems.
