Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Geotechnical Staff Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing field geotechnical engineering observation work, collaborating with clients and project stakeholders, and contributing to the development of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Observation and Data Collection: Conduct field observations and collect data on geotechnical conditions, including soil and rock properties, groundwater levels, and other relevant factors.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Development and Support: Assist in the development of project deliverables, including reports, designs, and other documentation.
  • Site Operations and Logistics: Coordinate site operations, including transportation, equipment, and personnel management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geological Engineering, or Mining Engineering.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, GIS technology, and smartphone/tablet applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and grow.

  • Competitive Salary: Approximately $70,000 - $78,000.
