Position Overview:
Conduct comprehensive geotechnical assessments and analyses to evaluate subsurface and site conditions.
Design and implement effective geotechnical exploration initiatives.
Carry out field and laboratory investigations for various geotechnical and geological projects.
Interpret geotechnical data, execute necessary calculations, and generate detailed technical reports for senior review.
Guide the technical team during field inspection processes.
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure timely project completion.
Assess team performance and identify training requirements to achieve performance goals.
Handle basic administrative tasks as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Geological, or Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
1-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
Strong understanding of soil mechanics.
Ability to creatively apply engineering principles to address new challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in teamwork and collaboration.
