About the Role
Sphere Digital Recruitment | Best Small Company 2022 is seeking a highly skilled Director of Demand Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our Global DSP Partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing partnerships, as well as acquiring new DSPs in a sales capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue through DSP partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSPs, including TTD, DV360, and Xandr
- Collaborate with the Publisher Sales team to support sales efforts and drive revenue growth
- Attend trade shows and events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with key stakeholders
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business results
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience in digital advertising and ad tech
- Strong understanding of programmatic and ad tech ecosystems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of digital advertising and ad tech industry trends
