Your Responsibilities

As a vital member of our Client Success Team, you will engage directly with our users, guiding them through the use of our platform and assisting them in enrolling in federal loan forgiveness and repayment programs. Through comprehensive training and practical experience, you will become proficient in the intricacies of the student loan sector and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with users through various communication channels while adhering to service level agreements
  • Reviewing and processing applications for federal loan initiatives
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of Summer's offerings and their relevance to borrowers' needs
  • Proactively proposing enhancements and automations to improve team efficiency
  • Collaborating with the Client Success Team to meet organizational growth objectives aligned with our mission

This role will report to the Director of Client Success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably in startups, finance, government programs, or customer service
  • Proficiency in reading and writing Spanish is advantageous

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, complemented by equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
