Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide users on digital marketing best practices and demonstrate how our platform can assist them in reaching their business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for business owners from diverse brands utilizing our technology for their marketing efforts.
  • Support clients in developing marketing strategies and evaluate performance across various channels, including but not limited to Google Adwords (Search), Facebook and Instagram (Social Media), Google Display Network, YouTube, etc.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to instruct new users on activating campaigns and navigating the Eulerity platform.
  • Comprehend client goals and KPIs, ensuring successful utilization of the Eulerity platform.
  • Engage with clients via emails and calls to offer support and marketing expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers to monitor media placements, ensuring full delivery, proactively analyze campaign metrics, and optimize accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Account Management, preferably within a technology firm.
  • A quick learner with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of educating and training clients and users.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Robust analytical and creative abilities.
  • Innovative thinker with a problem-solving and consultative approach.
  • High energy and a collaborative mindset are essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Compensation:
