Client Success Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Success Specialist to become part of a leading innovative software technology company. Location: New York, Manhattan – initially full-time in the office, with potential for hybrid work arrangements after a designated period.

Compensation: $80,000 annually plus benefits including healthcare and retirement plans.

Qualifications for Client Success Specialist:

  • Must possess a degree with a minimum GPA of 3.4 from a recognized institution in a STEM or Law-related field.
  • Demonstrated academic excellence throughout educational history.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural talent for establishing connections.
  • Previous experience in roles focused on delivering outstanding customer service, including internships or summer positions for recent graduates.
  • A proactive self-starter with a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to transforming customer challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

Key Responsibilities for Client Success Specialist:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a superior customer experience by coordinating with sales and technical teams.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions between pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Assist clients in maximizing the benefits of the software product, enhancing customer engagement and nurturing client relationships.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to promote user adoption.
  • Act as an advocate for clients, providing valuable feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery.
  • Enhance customer retention through effective user engagement strategies.
