Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Quickly respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical or operational challenges to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Renewal Management: Monitor contract renewal timelines, proactively engaging with clients to secure renewals and negotiate terms, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue retention.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate client usage data and feedback to assess performance, identify trends, and generate insights for enhancing service delivery and client success.
  • Client Advocacy: Represent client needs and feedback within the organization, influencing product development and enhancements to better align with client requirements and preferences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek opportunities to refine client success processes and strategies, implementing enhancements to drive client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside sales, marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless client experience across all interactions.
  • Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client success, such as retention rates, client satisfaction scores, and lifetime value, to measure success and inform strategic decision-making.
