About the Role

Title: Client Success Specialist

Salary: $100,000 + $120,000 OTE + Competitive Equity Package

What Does the Role Entail?

As the inaugural Client Success Specialist at Whop, you will play a crucial role in retaining our top creators while ensuring they receive an exceptional experience. You will act as the internal advocate for your creators, collaborating with Account Management, Product, Marketing, and other teams to leverage the valuable insights you gather daily.

Your responsibilities will include managing 150 accounts, maintaining regular communication to guarantee that creators enjoy the best possible experience. Your performance will be evaluated based on creator retention rates and Net Promoter Score (NPS) from your creators. Achieving success in this role means attaining a 100% creator retention rate and an NPS score of 9.5 or higher.

Your First 90 Days Will Include:
  • Within the first month, you will familiarize yourself with Whop's offerings, meet your assigned creators, and begin the retention process.
  • By the end of the second month, you will have mastered our product and provided valuable feedback to our product team.
  • After 90 days, you will have established meaningful relationships with your creators.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Client Success Manager or Account Manager.
  • Experience in the Creator Economy is essential.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions, particularly with product teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience running your own business in this sector or purchasing products from Whop creators.
  • Familiarity with two-sided platforms and marketplace dynamics.
