Role Overview:

The Client Success Specialist will cultivate strong relationships with a designated portfolio of Pacvue clients. Acting as the primary liaison with internal teams, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving their concerns while leveraging the support of our dedicated Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional client management skills to achieve successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. As our department expands and new initiatives are introduced, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing internal processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure client success by delivering high-quality technical support and service.
  • Drive account growth and expansion through the introduction of new products and market opportunities.
  • Provide tactical and strategic support for priority accounts while nurturing relationships with key agencies and brands.
  • Act as an escalation point for client issues, employing a client-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Pacvue platform and retail media, contributing to the development of training materials and marketing assets. Participate in webinars as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Pacvue Training and Education team to create content for product onboarding and user education.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement action plans to improve existing workflows.
  • Educate users on the latest features of our SaaS platform.
  • Assist with pre-sales activities by demonstrating product functionalities and providing advertising optimization recommendations.
  • Address technical issues related to software functionality and updates.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team on feature design initiatives.
  • Generate product reports and replicate errors for documentation and communication with developers.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital/search advertising with relevant domain knowledge.
  • 1-2 years of experience with eCommerce advertising platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, or Kroger (experience with Amazon DSP and similar technologies is highly preferred).
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in customer success, consulting services, or pre-sales roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup-like environment, adapting as necessary.
  • Capability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic contexts.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Excel.
