About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at Jobot. This is a hybrid opportunity that combines contract and funding administration, offering excellent growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of grant funding and contract administration, including application, negotiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Ensure all grants and contracts are in compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on grant and contract activities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify any areas of non-compliance or inefficiency and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Work closely with the finance department to monitor grant and contract budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective grant and contract management strategies and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on grant and contract-related matters.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in grant funding and contract administration and implement best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant management and contract administration, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Proficiency in Grants and UGMS/TxGMS.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, use advanced formulas, and perform data analysis.
  • Strong auditing skills, with the ability to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple grants and contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and organizational regulations, policies, and procedures related to grant funding and contract administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data analysis.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
