We are currently seeking a Project Administrator within our Texas Region. This role is part of a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance between in-office and remote work.

Role Summary
As a Project Administrator at DLR Group, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to project teams. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with project managers, managing specifications, tracking project documentation, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard confidential project information.
  • Support Project Managers in various aspects of project and team management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of documents for contracts, meetings, and project communications.
  • Provide support to Project Managers with additional tasks related to project and team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in the Architectural, Engineering, or Construction sectors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Newforma software.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint, AIA Contract Documents, Bluebeam, Newforma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in providing administrative support for commercial projects.
