Role Summary: As a contract drafter, reviewer, and negotiator for various agreement types, you will work on project guidelines and client instructions.
Responsibilities And Duties:
- Perform quality control based on project guidelines and client instructions
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned
- Manage timelines and ensure SLAs (timeline, quality) are met individually
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in Contract Review projects
- Ability to read and understand contractual language to identify and flag client risks and suggest mitigation in lieu of client's playbook
- Positive attitude
- Target driven along with an eye for details
- Quick learner and adaptive to any process change in a minimal time period
- Ability to comprehend questions and respond appropriately (writing and verbal)
- Knowledge of MS Office – Word
- Logical thinking and good decision-making abilities
- Work independently, self-learning attitude, disciplined, sincere, and need less supervision while at the same time be a team player for project goals
- Responsible for compliance with ISO standards and other confidentiality
Education And Experience:
- Licensed Attorney or Legal Degree with 1-5 years' experience of contract negotiation, administration, reviewing, and drafting
- Employee Status: Full-Time; Non-Exempt
