Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Surgical Client Coordinator to join our team. The Surgical Client Coordinator will serve as a liaison between our surgeons, technicians, client service representatives, and clients, providing support with scheduling, client communication, and discharges.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily flow of clients and patients through the department
  • Provide support with scheduling, client communication, and discharges
  • Work closely with surgeons, technicians, and client service representatives to ensure seamless client experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary medical advancements

Requirements

  • Veterinary experience required
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
