With a rich history as a premier veterinary facility in southern Maine, PVESC is a thriving 26-doctor emergency and specialty practice offering a range of services including surgery, internal medicine, oncology, dermatology, neurology, emergency & critical care, and cardiology. We are currently seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our dynamic team. Our CSRs collaborate closely with the medical staff and play a vital role in ensuring optimal care for our clients and their pets. As a CSR, you will be tasked with delivering compassionate, personalized service to meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and their pets through outstanding service.
- Managing incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Scheduling and overseeing appointments efficiently.
- Effectively communicating client and patient needs to the medical team.
- Organizing and collecting medical records.
- Processing payments accurately.
- Performing routine office tasks such as scanning and faxing.
