About the Role

Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care is seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Client Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Client Service Representatives and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the scheduling, training, and development of our Client Service Representatives
  • Collaborate with other department supervisors and hospital leadership to enhance the quality of service provided
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of veterinary practices and procedures is a plus
