About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Guest Services Department and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Guest Services staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality products.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
