About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Guest Services Department to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Guest Services Department to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Guest Services staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of sales data analysis.
