Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest service by warmly welcoming each visitor and maintaining eye contact.
- Utilize effective communication skills to listen to guest inquiries and respond appropriately.
- Implement operational strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue.
- Ensure accurate information about hotel amenities is readily available to guests.
- Manage cash transactions in accordance with accounting guidelines and maintain a balanced cash bank.
- Foster effective communication within the Front Office and across all hotel departments.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly, documenting all actions taken.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional image of Auro Hotels at all times and complete required training programs. Flexibility in work hours is essential, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
