Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver outstanding guest service by warmly welcoming each visitor and maintaining eye contact.
  2. Utilize effective communication skills to listen to guest inquiries and respond appropriately.
  3. Implement operational strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue.
  4. Ensure accurate information about hotel amenities is readily available to guests.
  5. Manage cash transactions in accordance with accounting guidelines and maintain a balanced cash bank.
  6. Foster effective communication within the Front Office and across all hotel departments.
  7. Adhere to safety and security protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
  8. Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
  9. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly, documenting all actions taken.

Additional Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional image of Auro Hotels at all times and complete required training programs. Flexibility in work hours is essential, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
