As an Event Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of events, collaborating closely with the event staff to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor banquet staff, including servers and bartenders, while assisting with daily operations.

• Provide guidance on service techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively with your team regarding event details and expectations.

• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting and executing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

• Ensure that all event spaces are set up according to BEO specifications and maintained in a clean and organized manner.

• Conduct regular inspections of banquet areas, meeting rooms, and public spaces to uphold cleanliness and organization standards.

• Participate in BEO meetings to stay informed about upcoming events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role within the banquet or event services sector.

• Valid food handler's certification and tips training are required.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with audio/visual equipment, weddings, beverage service, and banquet operations.
