  7. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting guidelines.
  8. Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to stay informed about operations.
  9. Follow emergency procedures and respond appropriately to any incidents.
  10. Manage front office technology and equipment efficiently.
  11. Facilitate the registration process for guests, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
  12. Process payments and manage various forms of payment with precision.
  13. Provide safety deposit services to guests in accordance with hotel policies.
  14. Answer phone calls promptly, delivering messages and assisting guests as needed.
  15. Uphold the company’s standards of service and project a positive image of Auro Hotels.
  16. Perform all responsibilities in a timely manner, adhering to company policies.
  17. Treat all individuals with respect and professionalism.
  18. Complete required training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  19. Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.

Licenses & Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus.
