Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at The Hotel Zamora. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts, building strong client relationships, and maximizing banquet and catering revenues.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with management to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, and provide regular progress reports to management
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless execution of catering and banquet events
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to ensure the hotel remains competitive
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hotel's products and services, and be able to communicate these effectively to clients
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics and drive revenue growth
- Continuously develop knowledge of the business climate, geographic market, and competition to stay ahead of the curve
- Network and prospect new and existing accounts to drive revenue growth and expand the hotel's customer base
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the hotel industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Strong knowledge of the hotel industry, including trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
