About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing market share through strategic account development and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales strategy to increase market share and achieve personal production goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral communities, patients, and colleagues to educate them on the services and benefits of LHC Group.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth and focus on the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients.
  • Manage sales administration duties, including Playmaker, CRM expense entry compliance, BOA, payroll time sheets, and timely cell phone and email correspondence.
  • Be a good steward of the company's financial resources by projecting a return on monies spent and managing to a Sales and Marketing expense budget.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required.
  • Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
