Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Director of North American Sales to manage the day-to-day operations of our direct sales team, independent sales team, and Customer Service team.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all U.S. and Canadian sales activities.
  • Communicate effectively with direct reports, key end-user customers, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with the sales staff and management team to coordinate marketing and sales strategies for our technology-based products in expanding markets.
  • Engage with program administrators and forensic experts to promote our technology and products, develop strong professional relationships, and position our company as a valuable resource for technical information and assistance.
  • Work with management and customers to develop and promote product specifications that align with our technology and meet customer needs.
  • Conduct forecasting and budgeting for U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Provide regular sales and performance reports.
  • Perform other duties as required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (required); advanced degree (preferred).
  • Proven management track record of efficiency and profitability.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Experience in all phases of the sales cycle, from pre-sales specification to aftermarket support.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and regional sales plans.
  • Previous experience in technical sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
