Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning and allocation of discipline-specific tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Assist in marketing initiatives, including the creation of proposals.

Contribute to the development of project scopes and effort estimations within your discipline.

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the project team's outputs within the technical discipline, guiding and mentoring the team towards achieving project goals.

Coordinate technical project aspects with client representatives and team partners at the staff level.

Collaborate closely with other disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.

Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience, or

Master's degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience, or

PhD in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience.

Your Contributions:
Comprehend the implications of decisions on technical design and project planning.

Effectively coordinate work planning and design across various technical disciplines.

Deliver high-quality outputs that meet deadlines, budget constraints, and project scope.

Key Focus Areas:


Lead the design of bridges, retaining walls, and other structures for transportation projects across multiple clients.

Ensure cost management and quality assurance on projects within your discipline.

Accountable for specific design elements within projects.

Coordinate the efforts of the assigned design team to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of design work.

Act as a task lead during the planning, schematic/environmental, and design phases of projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering

8 years of relevant experience

Professional Engineer (PE) certification
