Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, ideally Civil
  • Over 10 years of expertise in managing Water/Wastewater Utility initiatives, including pipeline and facility design, planning, and modeling
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferably in Arkansas or the ability to secure one within six months
  • Experience in Water/Wastewater treatment is advantageous
  • Proven capability to oversee projects, engage clients, and mentor staff
