Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate meetings between Division management and various external vendors.
- Schedule annual meetings with multiple state agencies and their key officials.
- Maintain the calendar for the Assistant Treasurer.
- Update and manage a list of current and prospective vendors.
- Respond to inquiries from investors and other stakeholders.
- Assist with invoice processing in collaboration with the Business Office.
- Prepare, edit, and format various documents, including memos, reports, and letters.
About Debt Management:
The Debt Management Division is responsible for the prudent issuance and management of the State's debt.
This includes financing state capital projects, managing debt service payments, maintaining relationships with rating agencies, and administering loan programs.
