Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Property Management Department at the Community Renewal Team. This role will provide administrative and property management support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Facilities Department
  • Respond to inquiries and maintain quality control spreadsheets
  • File and maintain tenant documents, resident files, and accounting documents
  • Prepare and mail monthly annual recertification packages and assist residents with completing their annual recertification documents
  • Prepare mailings for various properties, including notices, newsletters, and rent bills
  • Attend subsidy provider unit inspections and conduct unit inspections with the Property Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; COS certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Intermediate level Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
