Job Overview

Position Summary: We are seeking a proficient DevOps Recruiter to locate, engage, and secure exceptional talent for our DevOps and associated technical roles. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in recruiting for technical positions, especially within the DevOps sector, and will be skilled in employing diverse recruitment techniques and tools to cultivate a pool of high-caliber candidates.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and recruit candidates for DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and other technical positions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to comprehend their recruitment requirements and provide valuable market insights and suggestions.
  • Candidate Engagement: Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience for candidates from the initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Recruitment Initiatives: Formulate and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to draw in top-tier DevOps talent.
  • Industry Analysis: Remain informed about industry trends and market dynamics to refine recruitment strategies and uphold a competitive advantage.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture connections with prospective candidates and industry professionals through networking opportunities, online platforms, and professional associations.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to assess the success of recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as a recruiter, particularly focusing on DevOps, SRE, or similar technical roles. A minimum of 3-5 years in technology recruitment is required.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of DevOps principles, tools, and technologies (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, containerization).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently.
  • Recruitment Tools: Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
