Core Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and recruit candidates for DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and other related technical positions.
  • Collaboration with Clients: Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to comprehend their staffing requirements and provide insights and recommendations based on market trends.
  • Candidate Journey: Oversee the complete recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates from the initial interaction through to onboarding.
  • Recruitment Initiatives: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting premier DevOps talent.
  • Industry Analysis: Remain informed about industry developments and market dynamics to refine recruitment strategies and sustain a competitive advantage.
  • Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with prospective candidates and industry professionals through networking events, online platforms, and professional associations.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to assess the success of recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as a recruiter, particularly focusing on DevOps, SRE, or similar technical roles. A minimum of 3-5 years in technology recruitment is required.
  • Technical Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of DevOps principles, tools, and technologies (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, cloud computing, containerization).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Capable of working independently and managing multiple recruitment projects concurrently.
  • Recruitment Tools: Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
