The Music School Operations Coordinator serves as the key administrative support for our music school, showcasing exceptional customer service abilities and adept multitasking skills. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for students, parents, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intricate scheduling for a bustling music education environment.
  • Support the General Manager with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Conduct tours for prospective students and their families.
  • Welcome and assist students upon arrival.
  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the school.
  • Handle phone inquiries and promote the music programs.
  • Engage in special projects, prepare reports, and manage administrative duties including billing.
  • Comply with the organization's Code of Conduct and safety policies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years in a Front Desk, Reception, or Customer Service position.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor is essential.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Passion for music and experience working with youth is a plus.
