- Specimen Management: Collect and process specimens for testing, including phlebotomy and laboratory tests.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing patient requests, and scheduling appointments.
- Environmental Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, with completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (or higher level equivalent).
- Experience: 2+ years of medical office experience, or relevant customer service experience.
- Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, CMA or RMA certification, and MA certification (required within 90 days of hire).
