About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Meeting Minutes Assistant to support an important meeting from September 15th through September 21st.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately type an overview of what is discussed during the meeting.
  • Follow along with fast-paced meetings and ensure that no information is missed.
  • Verify the accuracy of acronyms and make appropriate changes to notes drafts.
  • Ask questions to clarify any missed items or unknown acronyms.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ years of previous experience with note taking is required.
  • Strong typing skills with a high WPM are essential.
  • The ability to speak up and ask questions is crucial.
  • High attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy.
  • The candidate must be able to adhere to a business professional dress code.

About the Position:

  • This is a temporary position from September 15th to September 21st.
  • The hourly rate is $22.
  • Hours are 8am-6pm with potential to work later.
  • The position is 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided.
