About Minutes Solutions
Minutes Solutions is a rapidly expanding professional minute-taking service catering to a diverse global clientele. Our mission is to deliver top-notch, timely, and customer-friendly minute-taking solutions, establishing ourselves as the preferred choice for organizations requiring professional minute documentation.
Candidate Profile
Our Minute Takers come from various professional backgrounds, including executive assistants, journalists, writers, retirees, and parents. We value individuals from all walks of life and at different career stages.
If you excel in writing with precision and attention to detail, we encourage you to consider this role.
Application Process
- Submit your resume along with a writing sample and your availability for attending live meetings.
- Complete our self-guided Training Program.
- Upon successful completion of the Training Program, you will begin accepting meetings independently.
Benefits
At Minutes Solutions, we prioritize flexibility. We tailor our scheduling to fit your availability. On average, our Minute Takers participate in 1-3 meetings weekly, primarily during weekdays in the evening.
Compensation is set at $56 for each one-hour meeting, with an additional $12 for every 30 minutes beyond the first hour. Please note that compensation is based solely on meeting duration and does not include time spent formatting and finalizing minutes.
Additional bonuses are available for on-site meetings, and rates increase for meetings exceeding four hours. We also reimburse travel expenses, including mileage and parking. Payments are processed in USD via direct deposit.
Our Minute Takers are first in line for any full-time or part-time permanent roles, additional writing projects, and growth opportunities based on performance.
