About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Direct Edge. This role involves fostering and maintaining positive client relationships through effective communication, ensuring transparent and open dialogue both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information and provide clear instructions to customers. A strong background in printing processes, including offset lithography, digital printing, and screen printing, is essential for this position.
Responsibilities include managing job quoting, production, and delivery processes to align with client objectives and meet project deadlines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating print-ready file formats, handling administrative tasks, and collaborating with the production team to ensure streamlined job routing and meticulous project tracking.
In addition, the Business Development Manager will manage the preparation and timely dispatch of invoices, maintain and update the company's existing print management system, and interact with vendors for quotes and purchases.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree / relevant post-secondary education preferred
- 3 - 8 years of print experience plus 1 - 2 years of customer relationship experience required
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this exempt full-time position is $72,280, which includes a comprehensive benefits package.
