About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Corporate Trainer to join our team in Anaheim Hills. As a Business Development Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's growth by designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Design: Develop comprehensive training programs that align with our company goals and objectives.
  • Customized Training Materials: Create tailored training materials and activities to meet the needs of various departments and employee levels.
  • Engaging Training Sessions: Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars using diverse training methods and technologies.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with department heads and managers to identify training needs and skill gaps, assess employee performance, and gather feedback to continuously improve training programs.
  • Evaluation and Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, analyzing data to measure training outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Staying Current: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging training technologies, incorporating new methods and tools to enhance training effectiveness and relevance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development (L&D), or a related field.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Software (LMS) and training tools.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a demonstrated ability to design and implement effective sales training programs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in virtual training platforms and techniques to increase engagement with virtual participants.
Benefits:
  • A competitive base salary range of $60,000 - $78,000.
  • A total compensation package including quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and a comprehensive benefits program, with a salary range of $79,725- $93,600 annually.
