We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Measurement Lead to join our team at TikTok. As a key member of our Marketing Science team, you will be responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform and working with advertisers to optimize their activity.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the global accounts team and cross-functional partners to develop and execute measurement learning agendas.
- Collaborate with product and regional Measurement / Sales teams to implement measurement needs at the campaign level.
- Serve as the primary contact for senior clients and their agency counterparts to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Help route client feedback to product teams to improve measurement feedback loops.
- Bring measurement expertise to upskill internal measurement teams.
- Proficient measurement experience in performance, large enterprise clients, and a track record of behavior change through good measurement.
- At least 10+ years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers.
- Strong strategic understanding of enterprise performance measurement, including auctions, incrementality measurement, econometric mix modeling, and attribution logic.
- Experience in inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods.
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree in a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research preferred.
- Recent hands-on experience in navigating clean room or privacy-enhancing measurement requirements.
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent.
