Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Strategy & Planning team is responsible for guiding the strategic direction, operational cadence, headcount planning, reporting, and investment decisions for Marketing to accelerate Rippling's growth and ensure a best-in-class Marketing function.

Key Responsibilities
Own the business line by deeply understanding Marketing performance and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive growth. Determine which products to invest in, which channels to invest in, and how to improve the marketing motion.

Key Responsibilities
Drive forecasting for quarterly & annual planning cycles; help streamline processes and improve efficiency while building towards the forecasting rigor of a public company. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to develop a company planning model by defining, operationalizing, and measuring monthly targets to support global expansion and consistently grow ARR.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in BizOps, Sales Strategy, Finance, or Consulting. Experience in long-range planning cycles at prior B2B tech companies. A demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and/or Operations teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management across executive audiences, with an ability to dive into the weeds to understand detailed business problems. Ability to distill complex data sets to simple solutions. High growth mindset. Extensive experience creating complex models (in spreadsheets). Basic understanding of SQL (with an interest in learning).
