Position: Reception Operations Specialist

The Reception Operations Specialist is essential in delivering outstanding customer service. This role encompasses creating a welcoming and efficient environment, overseeing front desk activities, greeting visitors, maintaining communal areas, and supporting the Center and Community Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk functions, including visitor check-in/check-out and service inquiries
  • Organize tours, coordinate appointments, and manage maintenance requests
  • Ensure the upkeep of shared spaces and meeting rooms, assisting with audiovisual setups
  • Manage mail and packages, maintain kitchen supplies, and oversee office inventory
  • Prepare client welcome materials and manage access control systems

Customer Engagement

  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction and cultivate positive business relationships
  • Encourage community interactions and address customer concerns efficiently
  • Promote behavioral changes that enhance the working atmosphere
  • Evaluate client experiences and identify opportunities for enhancement

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proactive, flexible, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a commitment to organizational values
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Internet) with a professional demeanor

Commitment to Organizational Values

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector
  • High standards of ethics, empathy, and reliability
