The Service Desk Coordinator is a professional with sales and service experience, responsible for creating an extraordinary experience for guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests. This role acts as a guest service mentor to the Future Professionals, following all service desk systems to guide and support a smooth guest service flow in the clinic classroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests.
  • Act as a guest service mentor to the Future Professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth guest service flow.
  • Follow all service desk systems to ensure efficient and effective guest service.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of beauty products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment.
  • Solid work history with verifiable references.
  • Passion for the beauty industry.
  • Honesty and professionalism.
  • Previous cash management and balancing cash drawers experience.
  • Experience in handling high-volume phone calls preferred.
