The Service Desk Coordinator is a professional with sales and service experience, responsible for creating an extraordinary experience for guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests. This role acts as a guest service mentor to the Future Professionals, following all service desk systems to guide and support a smooth guest service flow in the clinic classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- Act as a guest service mentor to the Future Professionals, providing guidance and support
- Follow all service desk systems to ensure a smooth guest service flow
- Assist with sales and service, promoting beauty products and services
