Job Description

NFC Amenity Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Lead to join our team in the Philadelphia area.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Lead will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation and service experience for our residents and guests. This includes effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests, as well as overseeing employee schedules and informing the Area Director of any staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless service experience for residents and guests
  • Oversee employee schedules and provide necessary support or training
  • Inform the Area Director of any staffing needs
  • Monitor and review daily employee performance
  • Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries
  • Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures
  • Advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations
  • Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
  • Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, and questions
  • Look sharp in your supplied uniform
  • Enjoy interacting with residents

Requirements:

  • Experience in supervising others is a plus
  • Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make eye contact and be welcoming
