Job Summary:
The Front Desk Lead will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation and service experience for our residents and guests. This includes effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests, as well as overseeing employee schedules and informing the Area Director of any staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a seamless service experience for residents and guests
- Oversee employee schedules and provide necessary support or training
- Inform the Area Director of any staffing needs
- Monitor and review daily employee performance
- Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries
- Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures
- Advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations
- Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
- Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, and questions
- Look sharp in your supplied uniform
- Enjoy interacting with residents
Requirements:
- Experience in supervising others is a plus
- Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make eye contact and be welcoming
