Job Summary

The Front Desk Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless client experience at Art City Vets and Urgent Care. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a positive and organized work environment, supporting team members, and promoting hospital services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming workspace, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Update patient and client records as necessary, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure effective scheduling, workflow, and communication.
  • Participate in recruitment and employee development, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with cash requisitions, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Act as a liaison for companies related to the front desk and client service, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
