Front Desk Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Registration: Greet and register guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Communication: Respond to guest calls, messages, and emails in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and resolve guest concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary, but prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic mathematical skills.
