Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and cancellations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check in guests efficiently and professionally, ensuring that their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable.
  • Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Utilize various computer systems to manage reservations, check guests in and out, and run daily reports.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to learn multiple computer software and accurately input information into the systems.
