- Utilize crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate crisis situations and provide support during nighttime hours.
- Assist individuals with morning routines and implement all plans as required.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; alternative education/experience may be considered.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
